The requirements for data protection can be very diverse and different for different companies. Stormshield has therefore developed simple, attractive and dedicated security service packages. These services offer new generation firewall (NGFW) and intrusion protection (IPS) functions as standard, based on comprehensive control of data packets (deep packet inspection). These packages ensure continuous updating of the protection systems that are a priority for safeguarding your activities. They also include hardware maintenance of the products, updates to the software for correction and further development, access to technical support via our partner network and the provision of a security monitoring room as part of Stormshield Security Intelligence.

Hardware exchange

All security packages also include hardware maintenance, which guarantees continuous operational readiness even if a hardware component fails. Your product is simply exchanged for a similar replacement product. Three service levels are available.

Standard exchange

You will receive a replacement product as soon as the faulty product has arrived at our customer service centres.

Express exchange

Your product will be replaced as a preventive measure. The replacement product will be shipped as soon as our support centre has detected a malfunction and delivered the following day.*

Serenity4all

At this service level, the product will be replaced by you once our support centres have identified the fault.**

Industrial Security Pack

This package is specifically designed to protect industrial infrastructures that can be connected to the IT infrastructure. It offers the possibility to manage and filter access to the operational network while monitoring industrial protocols in detail. In particular, the connection function via VPN IPSEC provides a secured access point for remote maintenance tasks.

Industrial Plus Security Pack

This package is designed for industrial companies that want to comprehensively take charge of the security of their operational network. It combines the security functions with a complete cartography of your industrial environment. This cartography enables the detection of all PLCs, operator consoles, cameras and other elements that communicate via the operational network. The filtering, auditing and VPN connection functions are identical to the Industrial Security Pack.
The Stormshield Network Vulnerability Manager module provides real-time visibility of vulnerabilities present on the network or deployed devices. The detection of communicating elements and those present in the operational network is a valuable companion function for risk management.
