The FortiSwitch-524D is a Layer 3 switch with 24x GE RJ45 ports. It also has 4x 10 GE SFP+ and 2x 40GE QSFP+ ports. Additionally there is a variant with PoE. The FortiSwitch 524D-FPOE delivers a PoE budget of up to 400 watts on 24 ports.
The switch is suitable for medium to large sites.
