EnBITCon attaches great importance to quality with a system.
Therefore, EnBITCon GmbH undergoes the inspection and certification of the quality management system according to the ISO 9001 standard in order to be able to transparently present our quality assurance system to you.

The quality management standard ISO 9001 is the most widespread and most important standard in quality management (QM), both nationally and internationally. Certification according to ISO 9001 is possible for companies and organisations of all sizes and in all sectors and forms the basis for the continuous improvement process of the company's internal quality management system (QMS).

ISO 9001 specifies the minimum requirements for a quality management system to be implemented by companies in order to meet customer requirements as well as other requirements for product or service quality. With the introduction of a QM system, for example:

increase the transparency of operational processes
achieve higher customer satisfaction
Reduce the error rate and thus costs

An essential principle of ISO 9001 is process orientation. A process-oriented QM system accompanies all essential operational processes and puts them to the test. In this way, optimisation opportunities can be uncovered even in good organisations.
